We have included many styles & merchandise products in our latest collection, however if you had something specific in mind, or can't find the colour or size you were looking for, please contact us and we'll do our best to find this for you.

  • products required (codes, colours, sizes, logo positions, etc.)
  • approximate quantities required of each item
  • details of designs & if available, a copy of your artwork
  • delivery date required

Artwork can be supplied on email as a low resolution copy for pricing purposes. If you proceed with an order we will advise on acceptable artwork formats.

We will guide you through the order process, confirm all order details and discuss payment options.

Where appropriate we will produce artwork layout proofs and pre-production samples before commencing on your main order.

We can also arrange mid tour re-stocks if sales are exceeding your expectations.

 

 

Do you have a price list?

We do not produce a customer price list, as there are so many variations depending on garment, quantity, design, print positions, etc. Our sales team are on hand to supply quotations for individual enquiries.

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order on garments, although we would generally advise orders of 10 upwards for better prices. Some other smaller merchandise items do have a larger minimum order requirements.

What are set-up charges for?

Our 'screen charges' cover the cost of adjusting & separating your artwork into printable colours, making films and screens which are produced for each print colour in the design.

The embroidery 'set-up charge' is the cost to 'digitize' and turn your design into stitches.

Is credit available?

30 day accounts are available subject to approval. Otherwise we accept card & cheque payments in advance.

Can I arrange a meeting?

If you have larger more complex requirements, we will be happy to arrange a meeting to work through this with you.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Absolutely not, unlike some merchandise companies, we charge for each job individually and will not tie you to a contract for future work.
